Our 16 oz Dry-Aged Bone-In NY Strip steaks are packaged and sold individually.


All products sold are from Brasstown Beef cattle that are All Natural, Grass-fed with NO Growth Promoting Hormones and are humanely raised to 3rd Party Global Animal Partnership (GAP) standards.

Availability: We process and ship within 2 to 3 business days of receiving your order, not including weekends. We ship via UPS 2nd-Day Air and UPS Ground.

Seriously the best steak I have eaten!

Such a beautiful cut of meat. The dry aging only intensifies the amazing flavor of this grass fed beef. I highly recommend you getting your hands on a few!

Great Steak

Have eaten a lot of Strip Steaks, but the couple I grilled the other night were over the top. Grilled to medium rare and both were extremely tender and tasty. These were thick strip steaks and the meat texture was right. No big seasoning needed. Great natural flavor. Thanks Brasstown Beef.
