If you are wanting to place a "same day" order, we advise you contact the local store directly to ensure they have the cuts you are wanting.  Customers wanting to place orders online and pickup in store must do so at least 24 business hours in advance to give us the opportunity to confirm the items you are wanting are available as well as time to pack it for you.  One of our associates will contact you to confirm your order and arrange for a pickup time; please wait to pickup your order until we contact you.


FREE SHIPPING on orders of $99 or more to the 48 contiguous states.  At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands.

We process and ship orders from our Franklin location within 2-3 business days once received.  We utilize a variety of services provided by UPS, therefore, shipping addresses must be to a physical location, no PO Boxes are allowed, sorry.  We ship Monday through Wednesday, and for some limited locations in NC/SC/GA/TN, we are able to ship on Thursdays.  Typically, orders received after Noon on Wednesday will process the following week. 

Once your order has been packed and a UPS label printed, you will receive your UPS Tracking Number via email.  Kindly note, the estimated arrival date is just that.  UPS is very good about updating their site for tracking information regarding any issues like inclement weather or holiday delays so kindly check their website to confirm delivery.

Should you want your order shipped on a particular day or have specific delivery instructions for UPS, kindly notate that in the comments section of your order.  We will do our best to accommodate you, though it's not guaranteed.
