At this time, we have listed everything we are capable of shipping through our website. Our retail stores are able to offer items like soup bones that we do not offer on our website as it's just not cost effective.
Also, we do not sell organ meats (livers, heart, lungs, etc) online or at our stores.
CAN I SPLIT UP MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED TO MULTIPLE PEOPLE?
Sorry, but no. Each order has only 1 shipping option. Your shipping rate, whether you qualify for the FREE Shipping or a paid shipping amount is to one address only. If it's easier for you, we also offer Gift Certificates that you can send to friends and family that can be used online. If you are wanting to purchase a Gift Certificate to be used in one of our retail locations, you will need to reach out to one of the stores directly and pay by phone, or in person. Their phone numbers can be found on our Local Retail page.
REDEEMING AN ONLINE GIFT CERTIFICATE
I received a Gift Certificate by email, can I use it in your local retail stores? Unfortunately, no...online gift certificates are only valid and redeemable on our website and those gift certificates purchased in our local retail stores can only be used at the stores. They operate on two different systems so we have no way to reimburse one from the other location.
STORE CREDIT AND ONLINE GIFT CERTIFICATE'S EXPIRE
Please note that both, online gift certificates and store credits, should you get a refund or specialty incentive, do expire within 6 months from the date you received it. Both are ONLY VALID ONLINE and CANNOT BE USED in our RETAIL STORES. Our retail stores and our website run off of completely different systems and we cannot accommodate each other. Thank you for your understanding with this as there will be no exceptions.
INTERESTED IN BUYING IN BULK?
Kindly visit our Whole Cow Order page for pricing and details. Turn-around time on purchasing 1/4, 1/2 or Whole Cows is approximately 7-10 days if picking up at our Franklin location. If you would like to pick up at our Farm Store in Brasstown, please add an additional 2 days so that we can arrange transport of your order there. Please note that a $100 deposit is due when you submit your order form. Our office manager will reach out to you to arrange payment. Should you have additional questions or cannot download the form, Contact Us and we'll email you the form.
IS THE BEEF DELIVERED FRESH OR FROZEN?
Your order may arrive fresh, frozen, or flash-frozen (not frozen solid). As demand has been so high for beef as of late (COVID-19), we are doing our best to keep up. Most times we are cutting the products fresh prior to delivery and flash-freezing them a day or two ahead prior to shipment. Therefor, it is possible that you will receive a mixture of both fresh-cut products and frozen products in one order. Please know that with the packaging and coolers that we use, all of our products will arrive fresh to your door. Once your order arrives, the beef may be frozen upon receiving or eaten right away, that's up to you. During "normal economic conditions", however, our products would arrive frozen.
IS YOUR BEEF RAISED AND PROCESSED HERE IN THE USA?
Yes! We are a local company with our headquarters in Franklin, North Carolina and our cattle are raised right here in the Western Foothills and Mountains of Cherokee County at Ridgefield Farm in Brasstown, North Carolina. We have additional farms here in the southeast that also raise Brasstown cattle to the high standards we hold our premium beef to. Our processors are located in Georgia just south of our farm and everything is kept right here in the good 'ol USA. Nothing is EVER exported or imported from other countries.

LOCAL PICKUP / SAME DAY ORDERING
If you are wanting to place a "same day" order, we advise you visit our local retail stores directly to ensure they have the cuts and quantity you are wanting. We do not accept phone orders or "pre-sale" orders of any kind due to demand. Our retail locations operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Customers wanting to place orders online and pickup in store must do so at least 24 business hours in advance to give us the opportunity to confirm the items you are wanting are available as well as time to pack it for you. One of our associates will contact you to confirm your order and arrange for a pickup time; please wait to pickup your order until we contact you.
If wanting to order online and pickup at our Franklin branch, or our Brasstown branch a few days later, make a note of that in the Comments section on the Shipping page at checkout. Again, we will contact you to let you know when your order is ready for pickup.
Lastly, kindly keep in mind that online sales and specials are not available in our retail stores and vice versa.
We currently offer shipping to the 48 contiguous states. At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands.

We process and ship orders that come in by 3pm EST on Monday's and Tuesday's. Our products are shipped frozen with dry ice or gel packs to withstand 3-4 days of travel in the event your shipment is delayed a day or so. Orders received after 3pm will process and ship the next shipping day.
Important: Orders less than $100, not including tax or shipping, and/or that have less than 5 items may be subject to cancellation as the logistics of shipping such a small order is not cost effective. If your order is cancelled for this reason, you will be notified via email.
During the holidays, we typically only ship on Monday's of those weeks. We kindly ask that you plan accordingly as we cannot guarantee delivery times. Therefore, if you have a special event coming up, please order well in advance, as UPS does not guarantee their 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air delivery times and we would hate for there to be an issue for your function. We greatly appreciate your kind understanding with this and look forward to shipping you some great Brasstown Beef products soon!

Please note, due to the perishable nature of our products, we would never ask you to return any portion of your order, therefore we would not reimburse you for shipping costs that you may incur should you decide to send an order back.
