I HAVE A COUPON CODE, CAN I USE IT?

That depends, like many websites, our site is set up so that only certain discounts can apply to orders at one time.  For instance, if you qualify for the "$99 free shipping" or other cart-level discounts (ie: 10% Off orders of $150 or more), then your coupon code (ie: THANKYOU...) will not work.  If there are %-Off discounts running, additional codes will not be honored at that time whether you qualify for it or not.  Once those discounts end, your coupon code along with the "Free Shipping" will work. At this time, coupon codes will work on orders less than $99.00.  The site is set up so that you receive the best discounts for your order at that time.

INTERESTED IN BUYING IN BULK?

Kindly visit our Whole Cow Order page for pricing and details.  Turn-around time on purchasing 1/4, 1/2 or Whole Cows is approximately 7-10 days if picking up at our Franklin location.  If you would like to pick up at our Farm Store in Brasstown, please add an additional 2 days so that we can arrange transport of your order there.  Please note that a $100 deposit is due when you submit your order form.  Our office manager will reach out to you to arrange payment.  Should you have additional questions or cannot download the form, Contact Us and we'll email you the form.

IS THE BEEF DELIVERED FRESH OR FROZEN?

Your order may arrive fresh, frozen, or flash-frozen (not frozen solid).  As demand has been so high for beef as of late, we are doing our best to keep up.  Most times we are cutting the products fresh prior to delivery and flash-freezing them a day or two ahead prior to shipment.  Therefor, it is possible that you will receive a mixture of both fresh-cut products and frozen products in one order.  Please know that with the packaging and coolers that we use, all of our products will arrive fresh to your door.  Once your order arrives, the beef may be frozen upon receiving or eaten right away, that's up to you.  During "normal economic conditions", however, our products would arrive frozen.

LOCAL PICKUP

If you are wanting to place a "same day" order, we advise you visit our local stores directly to ensure they have the cuts and quantity you are wanting.  We currently do not accept "phone orders" or "pre-sale" orders of any kind due to demand.  Our retail locations operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Customers wanting to place orders online and pickup in store must do so at least 24 business hours in advance to give us the opportunity to confirm the items you are wanting are available as well as time to pack it for you.  One of our associates will contact you to confirm your order and arrange for a pickup time; please wait to pickup your order until we contact you.

SHIPPING

We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING on orders of at least $99 to the 48 contiguous states.  At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands.

We process and ship orders from our Franklin location within 2-3 business days once received.

We ship Monday through Wednesday, and for some limited locations in NC/SC/GA/TN, we are able to ship on Thursdays.  Typically, orders received after Noon on Wednesday will process the following week.

We utilize a variety of services provided by UPS, therefore, shipping addresses must be to a physical location, no PO Boxes are allowed, sorry.  Once your order has been packed and a UPS label printed, you will receive your UPS Tracking Number via email.

Your order will be delivered within 2 days after you receive your UPS tracking number email from us.  UPS is very good about updating their site for tracking information regarding any issues like inclement weather or holiday delays so kindly check their website to confirm delivery.
