My family used to own a cabin in Franklin NC so getting this sausage was sorta a thing we'd do when we'd visit (or when my gran went up and came back) but 18 years ago we moved from FL to NM and hadn't had this sausage in forever. Then I found it was sold online and bought some for our family and there was so much joy in finding it was as good as we remembered!! My brothers kids (whose never had it) are all now big fans of the Sausage and his oldest asked me to make more of it; definately going to order more soon.

This is absolutely some of the best breakfast sausage out there. I was unable to locate it in tbe grocery store anymore but was pleased to be able to order ot online.

Discovered this sausage at a small restaurant after we had bought a cabin in North Georgia mountains and just loved it. We would always buy some while up there and bring some back to Florida. Now that we have sold the cabin and don't go up there it is great to have found it here at Brasstown Beef. It is truly the best sausage we have ever had!!
