No two dry-aging processes are the same, and we've been told consistently that Brasstown's dry-aged beef is THE best around.  These bone-in ribeyes are personally monitored and crafted over a minimum of 30 days for peak flavor and consistency.

Our 20 oz Dry-Aged Bone-In Ribeye steaks are packaged and sold individually.

Ribeye bone in

Bought these for my mother for Mother’s Day and my father for Father’s Day both told me they where the most tender and best flavored steaks they had ever eating ever period anywhere !!! that’s saying a lot for my dad because he’s loves ribeyes and has eating a lot of steaks over they last 70 years I Know y’all will be getting more orders from him now y’all can thank me for bragging on y’all to everybody I know lol ! Review Ribeye

The ribeye was outstanding! Tender, flavorful and plenty of it. Simply grill 12 minutes, top with butter as it rests, EAT & ENJOY!

The Best Ribeye I have ever had on a BBQ grill. We love Brasstown Beef we placed a order and had it shipped to our house In the Florida Keys and when we move full time to Franklin our choice of Beef will be Brasstown Beef!
