T-Bone Staeks

They are great. I have personally cooked them twice from 2 different orders and the quality was consistent. As a guest over the "Opening Weekend" of Texas Dove Season I was served a T-bone Mesquite Grilled by my hosts ( Two Brothers ) at the family ranch ... the quality was the same and taste was delightful. Nothing like a mesquite grilled Brasstown T-bone!
