I tried a lot of different places, online, specialty butchers and local grocery stores. These are the best. Not only are they flavorful, but they are cut meticulously. Not just the exact weight, but cut evenly, so they cook evenly.

Second time we’ve ordered from here. I’m not just saying it bc it was good it was slap your grandmas mouth good. It ain’t easy spending hundreds of dollars on meat but this is worth every penny. The dry age ribeye tasted like a dessert when I smoked it on a cast iron skillet. My wife loves the filets bc they are the perfect size and nothing goes to waste. If you’re looking to entertain 4-6 people the boneless ribeye loin will not disappoint. We’re so thankful we found brasstown.

As with any order of a product new to us, it can be a bit of an uneasy guessing game as to what to expect when the product arrives. My order of filet mignon was outstanding! Literally the best filet we have ever had and will absolutely be making Brasstown Beef our go to beef source! I ordered on a mid-Monday morning and the delivery was made Tuesday morning! Packed perfectly to keep it cold and fresh so we could have the best experience possible with the beef and we absolutely did have the best experience! Highly recommend not just the filet, but all of the beef! You won't regret placing an order!
