Brasstown Beef grew out of generations of family farming and a long-standing focus on cattle. Today, that experience goes into raising and selecting Angus cattle with tenderness, flavor, and consistency in mind. The result is beef produced with the finished product in mind from the start.
Brasstown Beef comes from our farm in North Carolina, as well as a small group of family farms we work with in the region. All of these farms raise Angus cattle as part of the Brasstown Beef program.
