Looking to stock your freezer with Brasstown Beef? Our whole steer order program is built for customers who want to buy in bulk, plan ahead, and keep a steady supply of beef on hand. 

We currently offer two bundle box options for whole cow orders, with pickup available at our farm store in Brasstown, NC. Orders typically have a turnaround time of 7 to 10 days.

How it Works

Submit your order form to get started, and we will follow up with the next steps. A $500 deposit is required when you place your order, and our office manager will contact you to arrange payment. 

Once your order is confirmed, we will coordinate pickup at the Brasstown farm store at 1960 Brasstown Road, Brasstown, NC 28902.
